New EU National Mobilisation Toolkit for the next MFF

As discussions on the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2028–2034 progress, national advocacy will be crucial in shaping future EU investment priorities. ENSIE encourages members to make use of the new EU National Mobilisation Toolkit, developed by EASPD and the EUFunds4Social coalition.

The toolkit is a strategic resource which we advise you to share with your national members, so that they can engage in advocacy with national ministers to influence the Council's position in the negotiations, while also seeking information and contributing to the preparation of the National and Regional Partnership Plans (NRPPs) in their respective countries.
