ENSIE, along with its members are developing positions to participate in the EU legislative process and create better framework conditions for WISEs in the EU. Those positions are numerous but are concentrated around nine focus areas :

  • WISEs and policies (Green Deal, European Pillar of Social Rights, Fundamental Rights, International Relations, Gender equality,...)
  • European Semester
  • WISEs features: fiscal benefits, state aids and legal framework for WISEs
  • Access to market: sustainable public procurement
  • Social economy and social enterprises
  • Digitalisation and new technologies
  • Specific target groups (migrants, NEETs, Long-term unemployed,...)
  • Skills and education
  • Access to finance: ESF+, ERDF...
