ENSIE, along with its members are developing positions to participate in the EU legislative process and create better framework conditions for WISEs in the EU. Those positions are numerous but are concentrated around nine focus areas :

- Social economy and social enterprises
- Digitalisation and new technologies
- Specific target groups (migrants, NEETs, Long-term unemployed,...)
- Skills and education
- Access to finance
