This fall, ENSIE had the honor to be selected for two European Commission consultative groups, the Just Transition Platform horizontal working group and the Expert group on EU funds – “Dialogue with CPR partners 2021 – 2027”.
It is really important for ENSIE to be part of those groups as they are places where the voice of work integration social enterprises can be heard during the EU legislative process.
The first group joined by ENSIE is the Expert group on EU funds – “Dialogue with Common provisions Regulation partners 2021 – 2027” which aims to exchange with the European Commission on the implementation of the programmes that are established by the CPR (ERDF/CF, Interreg, ESF+, EMFAF, AMIF, ISF and BMVI). This is an opportunity for ENSIE to learn more about the current programming period, the funds available and to give feedbacks from its member on how those funds are implemented at the national/regional level and if WISEs are taken into account.
The second is the Just Transition Platform horizontal working group. The Just Transition Platform aims to assist EU countries and regions to unlock the support available through the Just Transition Mechanism. It is a single access point for support and knowledge related to the just transition. Under this platform four working groups have been created, three with a sectorial focus (cement, steel and chemicals) and the third one the so-called horizontal working group. It will focus on the identification and assessment of approaches and good practices to engage all stakeholder groups and focus on the cross cutting nature of the outcomes. The working group will develop a strategic approach of engaging and involving different stakeholders in the implementation of the Just Transition Fund. ENSIE is part of this working group to showcase how WISEs are crucial in the Just Transition.

ENSIE est plus que jamais engagé au niveau européen
Cet automne, ENSIE a eu l’honneur d’être sélectionné dans deux groupes consultatifs de la Commission européenne, le groupe de travail horizontal de la plateforme pour une transition juste et le groupe d’experts sur les fonds de l’UE « Dialogue structuré au niveau de l’UE ».
La participation à ces groupes de travail est très importante pour ENSIE car c’est l’occasion de faire entendre la voix des entreprises sociales d’insertion (ESI) pendant le processus législatif européen.
Le groupe d’experts sur les fonds de l’UE “Dialogue structure au niveau de l’UE” a pour objectif d’échanger avec la Commission européenne sur la mise en œuvre des programmes établis par le règlement portant dispositions communes 2021-2027 (FEDER/Fonds de cohésion, Interreg, FSE +, EMFAF, FAMI, FSI et IFGV). C’est une opportunité pour ENSIE d’en apprendre davantage sur la période actuelle de programmation, les fonds disponibles et de faire des retours à ses membres sur la manière dont ces fonds sont mis en œuvre au niveau national et régional et si les ESI sont prises en compte.
Le second est le groupe de travail horizontal de la plateforme pour une transition juste. La plateforme pour une transition juste vise à aider les Etats de l’UE et les régions à débloquer le soutien disponible à travers le mécanisme pour une transition juste. C’est un point d’accès unique pour le soutien et la connaissance lié à la transition juste. Au sein de cette plateforme, quatre groupes de travail ont été créés. Trois groupes avec des intérêts thématiques (ciment, acier et produits chimiques) et le quatrième groupe de travail horizontal. Ce dernier se focalisera sur l’identification et l’évaluation des approches et des bonnes pratiques pour engager toutes les parties prenantes et se concentrer sur les résultats transversaux. Il développera une approche stratégique d’engagement impliquant les différentes parties prenantes et la mise en œuvre du fonds pour une transition juste. ENSIE fait partie de ce groupe de travail et cherche à démontrer l’importance des ESI pour une transition juste.
