Le membre français d’ENSIE, la fédération des entreprises d’insertion nous annonce l’ouverture de l’appel à candidatures du prix JENi, le prix de la jeune entreprise d’insertion. Ce prix, initié par la fédération des entreprises d’insertion, en partenariat avec la Chaire Innovation Sociale de l’ESSEC et le soutien du Crédit Coopératif, récompense de jeunes dirigeants d’entreprises d’insertion nouvellement créées ou reprises et porteuses d’un projet social innovant.
Les candidatures sont ouvertes à tous les entrepreneurs âgés de moins de 44 ans, dirigeants d’une entreprise d’insertion ou l’ayant reprise depuis au moins un an et moins de cinq ans. Ils seront évalués selon trois critères : l’impact social et économique sur le territoire ; le caractère innovant de l’activité et le potentiel de développement de l’entreprise.
Le vainqueur bénéficiera :
- D’un mentorat sur mesure de six mois avec un dirigeant expérimenté d’une entreprise adhérente de la fédération ;
- D’une mission d’accompagnement d’Utopreneurs en pro bono ;
- D’un voyage apprenant à la découverte d’autres entreprises sociales en France ou à l’étranger avec les étudiants de la Chaire Innovation Sociale de l’ESSEC ;
- D’une dotation financière de 3 000 € avec le soutien du Crédit Coopératif ;
- Du portrait de son entreprise relayé dans les supports de communication de la fédération et de la Chaire (site Internet, newsletter, réseaux sociaux) et dans la presse.
Le dirigeant arrivant deuxième bénéficiera également d’un accompagnement spécifique.

FEI – The JENi award for young work integration social enterprises
ENSIE French member, la fédération des entreprises d’insertion announced the opening of the call for application of the JENi award, for young work integration social enterprise. This award has been initiated by la fédération des entreprises d’insertion, in partnership with the ESSEC Social Innovation Chair and the support of the Crédit Coopératif. It rewards young managers of newly created or taken over WISEs with an innovative social project.
The applications are open to all entrepreneurs under 44, managing WISEs or having taken it over for at least one year and less than five years. They will be evaluated following three criterias: social and economic impact on the territory, the innovative aspect of their activity and the company’s development potential.
The winner will benefit from:
- Tailor-made six-month mentoring with an experienced manager from a member company of the federation;
- A pro bono support mission from Utopreneurs ;
- A learning trip to discover other social enterprises in France or abroad with the students of the ESSEC Social innovation Chair;
- A financial grant of €3,000 with the support of Crédit Coopératif;
- The portrait of the company relayed in the communication media of the federation and the Chair (website, newsletter, social media) and in the press.
The runner-up will also benefit from specific support.
