FAEDEI, our Spanish member, has launched a programme for the year 2021 whose aim is to identify and promote new development opportunities and to set up a programme facilitating WISEs transition towards new business sectors. This will be notably the case for photovoltaic panels for self-consumption.
In this framework, FAEDEI developed an online training that started on June 4th and that will end on 29 September. FAEDEI, with the support of ENSIE, wishes to promote this project, because there is a real market opportunity that WISEs should be able to seize. Indeed, this training is aligned with the values and principles of WISEs, the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda and will improve the competitiveness of WISEs. Finally, by allowing people who are far from labour market to be able to train in an innovative sector, it allows them to improve and amplify their competencies and their requalification opportunities.
In order to carry out this training, three axes have been developed: training, promotion and support.

FAEDEI - L'emploi du futur dans les ESI (#WISE’sFutureEmployment)
FAEDEI, notre membre espagnol, a lancé pour l’année 2021 un programme dont le but est d’identifier et de promouvoir de nouvelles opportunités de développement et de mettre en place un programme facilitant la transition des ESI vers de nouveaux secteurs d'activités. Notamment, celui des panneaux photovoltaïques pour l'autoconsommation.
Dans ce cadre, FAEDEI a développé une formation en ligne qui a commencé le 4 juin dernier et qui prendra fin au 29 septembre prochain. FAEDEI, avec le soutien d’ENSIE, souhaite mettre en avant ce projet, car il existe une réelle opportunité de marché que les ESI doivent pouvoir saisir. En effet, cette formation, est alignée avec les valeurs et les principes des ESI, les ODD et l'Agenda 2030, mais elle permet également d'améliorer la compétitivité des ESI. Enfin, en permettant aux personnes éloignées de l’emploi de pouvoir se former dans un marché novateur, elle permet d’améliorer et d’amplifier leurs compétences salariales et leur possibilité de requalification.
Pour cette formation, trois axes ont été développés : la formation, la promotion et l’accompagnement.
ENSIE soutient ce projet, qui est un excellent exemple de ce que peuvent accomplir les ESI.
