This toolkit aims to present the European Semester process and its work as well as changes it has been through. It also focuses only on elements of the European semester in which WISEs’ representatives are involved and which are of their interests. Mainly, the information comes from official EU websites  for the description of the process and its work, readings of the European Commission’s EU Semester documents and meetings that ENSIE had with EU representatives responsible for the European Semester process.
